Americans have been passing pipes throughout history. Smoking in social settings took place during ceremonies and rituals, to seal agreements and treaties, and even given as gifts. Today, as an economic development initiative, the Meskwaki Tribe has started manufacturing e-juice in the heart of Iowa to continue the tradition of creating clouds – vapor clouds, that is. With a full line of Premium Flavors, Outagami e-juice has a taste for any palate.

The Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa is the only federally recognized tribe in the state of Iowa. With roots in the state dating back to the 1800s, the “Red Earth People,” or Meskwaki Tribe, are Algonquian origin from the Eastern Woodland areas.
To this day, the Meskwaki work hard to maintain their culture, including the language, which is of similar dialect to the Sauk and Kickapoo.
